Get ready to dash through the rainbow at the 2025 Twin Cities Pride Rainbow Run 5k & Kid’s Rainbow Dash!
Get registered for the Rainbow Run 5K. Join the run down Hennepin Avenue or participate virtually and run where you are at. This year’s theme is PRIDE IN EVERY STRIDE and the run is Saturday, June 29th starting at 9 AM before the parade kicks off.
And don’t miss Twin Cities Pride Festival happening all weekend!
The Twin Cities Pride Festival will be taking place all weekend in Loring Park and Parade Park, so get out and celebrate! It is FREE to attend the TC Pride Festival. *Twin Cities Pride Youth night is on June 27 and is the only portion of the festival open on Friday evening.
